Aims

• To provide an update on the latest developments within infection prevention and control guidelines and consider current prevention measures in practice.

Objectives

• A - Effective communication with patients, the dental team and others across dentistry, including when obtaining consent, dealing with complaints, and raising concerns when patients are at risk
• B - Effective management of self and effective management of others or effective work with others in the dental team, in the interests of patients; providing constructive leadership where appropriate
• C – Maintenance and development of knowledge and skill within your field of practice

Having been in the world of dentistry for over 30 years, working my way up from a trainee nurse at the age of 16 to operations Mananger, working in general Practice throughout the pandemic, I know from experince what practices face on a daily basis. As your Practice Support Consultant I am here to offer you and your team support, with Compliance, Regulations, Inspections and Training, At DD we have a weath of experince and knowledge to make your journey as stress free as possible.
